In the Revoluspace Home, users can visualize where their teammates and favorite co-workers are working. Users can set the following status: (i) Remote, (ii) office, or (iii) Out.
Desk booking system
When the user clicks on the “office” status, users will be able to book a desk in one click within the workspace capacity limits and to see in which workspace their teammates are working.
If an organization has multiple offices, the user can choose a favorite office. The user must click on the "preferences" button of the menu and then select a favorite office in the “favorite office” card.
Visualize where your teammates are working
In the Revoluspace home, by clicking on the "see all teammates" button for a given day, the user can see the status of each teammate.
When admin clicks on "see all teammates", he will be able to see where all the users of the organization work.
Weekly routine
Users can add a weekly workplace routine and only update status when plans change. This routine enables users to save time. The user must click on the "preferences" button of the menu and then click on “Add or update your weekly routine " in the “Weekly Routine” card.
Whether users are typically in multiple days a week, mostly remote, or somewhere in-between, Revoluspace makes it easy to add their workplace schedule to their calendar.
Favorite co-workers
The favorite co-workers of a user are either teammates or co-workers of his organization, outside his team, with whom he likes to work.
A user can only view the status of his teammates, but when he adds a user outside his team as a favorite, he will be able to view his status.
The user added as a favorite co-worker must approve to be followed.
The user must click on the "preferences" button of the menu and then click on “add or delete co-coworkers" in the “favorite office” card.
